Even now, as the album is being reissued today—surprisingly enough, via the Dim Mak imprint—and the group is set to embark on a large-scale North American tour put together by Barcelona’s Sónar festival, the popularity of Azari & III can largely be traced back to one thing: the music…More & Tracklist

Annie Mac & BBC Radio 1 Present “New Music Monday’s feat. Proxy – Junk”

500 500 Tim Gauthier

The new single from Proxy’s debut LP, MUSIC FROM THE EASTBLOCK JUNGLES PT. 1, “Junk” is a maelstrom of old-skool breaks and wailing synth-sirens, featuring a brilliant cut-up vocal sample commanding your synapses to give up and break down. This is the kind of atom-smashing cortex-ruiner that only Proxy can deliver, offering a taste of the years-in-the-making arms buildup contained on his album.

The lovely Annie Mac had taken hold of the upcoming single, and hosted an exclusive download of “Junk” on her “New Music Monday’s” channel, in conjunction with BBC Radio 1! Get the download while is lasts below:
