So when did Sofia Coppola start making short films with intense dance music as the soundtrack? Oh wait… she didn’t, Tom Willems did. It’s the new Sound of Stereo (ft. Teddiedrum) music video, “Origin (One on One)”! For four minutes and fifteen seconds, I found myself sitting on the edge of my couch with emotions running at a fever pitch, a burst of laughter, and one hell of a track to help me dance the anxiety of what I was seeing away. Seriously, this music video is like an entire movie crammed into four minutes and the song itself is intoxicating and peaceful at the same time, which is not easy to do; this track could be perfect for studying to or dancing your heart out to at the club.
Following the major release of “BLAZIN”, an EP put forth by Will Bailey and Poisound just six days ago on your favorite label-Dim Mak Records, Will Bailey has released a Beatport chart that will make your speakers beg for mercy! But you’re gonna be like “no mercy, speakers, just heavy heavy bass” and then you’ll do a fist pump like the one at the end of The Breakfast Club. This chart features Ming & 2Beeps, Joachim Garraud ft. Alesia, and some of the best work by the man himself, Will Bailey. The tracks included on this chart, such as “DEKONSTRUKT (Will Bailey remix)” by Calvertron and Messinian, are basically the equivalent of a straight shot of adrenaline to your heart. Just don’t sue us when you died happy from eargasm overload.
