Matzerath and Bais Haus expand their palette to take on Lollapalooza’s contest via do312.com by bringing analog back into swing of EDM production. The two DJs rip into San Diego rockers Delta Spirit’s new single “California”, transforming the indie rock piece into a Belgian Techno infused track. Their remix steps up to the plate with an arsenal of sonic tricks similar to that of producers Mumbai Science, Gesaffelstein, and Junior.

What, When & Where
BEATPORT, the world’s largest dance music community and music store for DJs, today debuted a new service designed to sell mixtapes from the world’s leading DJs, called “Beatport Mixes.”
While other services have attempted to distribute mixtapes through overlay-heavy podcasts or ad-ridden, Internet radio-like experiences, Beatport Mixes presents the entire long-form, continuous mixtape as the DJ intended it to be heard—in DRM-free, high-definition files.
After hours of listening to countless (amazing) submissions we’ve reached our final vote, ending with THREE contest winners!
We know that many of you were impatiently waiting for this announcement, so with no further ado here are the top 3 winners of the TAI “Lose Yourself” Remix Contest. If you see your name here, please scroll towards the end of the post and follow the instructions we have for you.
“This new EP has strong connections with the first album Mother Ignorance in which we have been exploring the road between electronica and metal.
What has evolved the most is the sound itself which has moved even stronger to the rave side.
The EP includes three new tracks and four amazing remixes including Steve Aoki and Atari Teenage Riot”. – Army of the Universe

Aaron Albano, aka New York-based DJ/producer MING, has a storied career in music, beginning in an experimental hip hop group in the early ’90s and eventually moving into TV music licensing for shows like Weeds and Sex & The City. Now he’s ended up in electro-land, and it is certainly working out well for him–his next releases will be coming your way via powerhouse label Dim Mak and are also featured in this, our latest Heartbeat guest mix. From the stunning opening Clockwork remix of Black To White to the grinding moombahton closer remixed by the man himself, MING takes us on a wild ride of some of the lesser heard, yet equally impressive tracks in electro today.
