WE GOT A WINNER FOR THE ADDVICE OF THE WEEK: RADIO 4 GIVEAWAY! Through hundreds of stories that filtered into the dim mak mailbox this one stood out much farther than every other:

so there's this girl at a party, and she meets this guy, and they get drunk, and the guy asks the girl for head, and she does her deed. the next morning, the girl wakes up with a large, abnormal sore near her mouth, and decides to see her doctor with her cause for concern. the doctor checks the girl's sore out, goes to his office to further evaluate the situation, and comes back. he says to the girl something like "honey, the sore growing on your face can only be found on dead people."

it turns out the guy she gave head to at the party worked at the city morgue and had a fancy for the corpses there. true story.
