Terms and Conditions May Apply

272 272 Tim Gauthier

Admit it: you don’t really read the endless terms and conditions connected to every website you visit, phone call you make or app you download. But every day, billion-dollar corporations are learning more about your interests, your friends and family, your finances, and your secrets… and are not only selling the information to the highest bidder, but freely sharing it with the government. And you agreed to all of it. With fascinating examples and so-unbelievable-they’re-almost-funny facts, filmmaker Cullen Hoback exposes what governments and corporations are legally taking from you every day – turning the future of both privacy and civil liberties uncertain. From whistle blowers and investigative journalists to zombie fan clubs and Egyptian dissidents, this disquieting exposé demonstrates how every one of us has incrementally opted-in to a real-time surveillance state, click by click- and what, if anything, can be done about it. You know what’s hard? Riding on a little piece of wood with tiny wheels that get stuck on every effing pebble ever. What’s even harder is doing actual tricks. You know what else is a pain in the donk? Being really super good looking but feeling like the world doesn’t appreciate 900 pictures of your face day in and day out. Rest easy, kids, because STEVE AOKI has the solution to all your problems with the new STICK’EM ON YOU FACE and BONELESS Sticker Packs for the too legit to quit #Aokify app! With a mess of new stickers, you can turn yourself into an elephant with anime eyes or you can give yourself the coveted Aoki beard while doing a pop shove-it over your ugly friend’s face. Get yourself a rabbit nose, stick on a flat-billed cap, get a sick skateboard for your best pal CoCo the Dim Mak dog and be a mustachioed rebel without ever leaving your house. And don’t forget, Android users, #AOKIFY has arrived in the Play Store! Mix and match with prior sticker packs to ensure maximum awesomeness in every single picture you snap, and be sure to tag your photos with #AOKIFY!

DMX Vs. Computer (Video)

610 329 Tim Gauthier

I’ve watched this video a few times now and I’m certain he (DMX) is very serious about not knowing how to use Google or a laptop for that matter. I’m so glad Power 105.1 captured this moment and wasn’t scared to post it on the internet for everyone to see (laugh at). His expressions after typing his name and hitting ‘enter’ are classic, right up there with his description of waiting for music to load… I think each time I watch this I get another year younger.

The Google Art Project has Launched!

Tim Gauthier

On the morning of Feb. 1st Google launched the Art Project. The search giant brought their street view technology into museums around the globe, allowing you to stroll through the museums, zoom in on artwork and discover the museums as if you were actually in them. Really making great use of their technology in a proper way. I’m stoked and can’t wait for the list of museums to increase. Check out Google Art Project here.
