At the end of this month our very own Joachim Garraud will be making his way to Los Angeles to kick off Invasion, his first 3-D tour. In his latest feature on Beatport, Garraud goes on to explain the concept behind his one of a kind tour  that will allow audience members to become fully immersed with the show. Invasion will kick off at Exchange in Los Angeles on January 26, but the tour will continue through out the year. We’re very honored that Particle Films‘ video of Joachim Garraud & Alesia “Nox” has been nominated for the “Solothurner Filmtage” film festival in Solothurn, Switzerland, in the catagories “Music Videos” and “Best Swiss Video Clip”! The screening of the video will be between January 24th and January 31th at this festival. Of course all Joachim Garraud and Dim Mak fans are more than invited to join the screening and help for the Public Voting so we can show that Dim Mak is also number one when it comes to filming!

From the Big Room original, Bailey takes this remix of “Hook” to a downtempo Moombah massive – a fantastic addition to the already stellar “Hook” remix lineup.

The NOX EP features a 4-pack of remixes from a range of up and coming talent including Amsterdam’s MOTI & Kenneth G, who up the tempo and transform “Nox” into a Big Room Techno bruiser. Brazilian duo, Titanoz, were the winners of Joachim’s remix competition for this track, and they keep the intensity of the original while building out the drops for an exciting Electro journey. Fellow Parisian, Mercer, goes all Techno – bringing in a relentless 4 to the floor kick – and provides a rendition of “Nox” that begs for latenight, sweaty dancefloor play. Last but definitely not least, Italian duo The Boomzers crank up Joachim Garraud and Alesia’s grumbling bass and electrify the breakdowns into a unique Electro smash.
