Australian powerhouse and Melbourne Bounce trailblazer Uberjak’d hits us hard with his latest EP Turn Up The Club. The three-track collection leads with his sizzling collaboration between fellow Aussies Chardy and Kronic “Turn Up The Club.” A bouncing-banger teeming with horns, electro breakdowns and reggae vocals from Leftside, “Turn Up The Club” sits alongside similarly electrifying tracks “Yahtzee” and “I Like To Rave.” All three tunes jostle their way into your speakers with their bombastic beats and driving tempos, promising to take Uberjak’d‘s hallmark sound from Down Under across the globe.

So when did Sofia Coppola start making short films with intense dance music as the soundtrack? Oh wait… she didn’t, Tom Willems did. It’s the new Sound of Stereo (ft. Teddiedrum) music video, “Origin (One on One)”! For four minutes and fifteen seconds, I found myself sitting on the edge of my couch with emotions running at a fever pitch, a burst of laughter, and one hell of a track to help me dance the anxiety of what I was seeing away. Seriously, this music video is like an entire movie crammed into four minutes and the song itself is intoxicating and peaceful at the same time, which is not easy to do; this track could be perfect for studying to or dancing your heart out to at the club.
Right off the bat, the name Marc Benjamin may not ring any immediate bells, but we can almost guarantee that if you have attended the shows of heavy hitters such as Steve Aoki, Laidback Luke, and Tiesto, you’d recognize the hits produced by this Dutch superstar.
Bot is of the future. Half man, half-machine; fully Italian. Exiled in West London, locked in the studio since departing legendary duo Crookers, Bot (his creators named him Andrea Fratangelo) has disassembled any expectations and rebuilt his sound for 2018.
