Australian powerhouse and Melbourne Bounce trailblazer Uberjak’d hits us hard with his latest EP Turn Up The Club. The three-track collection leads with his sizzling collaboration between fellow Aussies Chardy and KronicTurn Up The Club.” A bouncing-banger teeming with horns, electro breakdowns and reggae vocals from Leftside, “Turn Up The Club” sits alongside similarly electrifying tracks “Yahtzee” and “I Like To Rave.” All three tunes jostle their way into your speakers with their bombastic beats and driving tempos, promising to take Uberjak’d‘s hallmark sound from Down Under across the globe.

Music Video: Sound of Stereo ft. Teddiedrum – Origin (One on One)

850 470 Tim Gauthier

So when did Sofia Coppola start making short films with intense dance music as the soundtrack? Oh wait… she didn’t, Tom Willems did. It’s the new Sound of Stereo (ft. Teddiedrum) music video, “Origin (One on One)”! For four minutes and fifteen seconds, I found myself sitting on the edge of my couch with emotions running at a fever pitch, a burst of laughter, and one hell of a track to help me dance the anxiety of what I was seeing away. Seriously, this music video is like an entire movie crammed into four minutes and the song itself is intoxicating and peaceful at the same time, which is not easy to do; this track could be perfect for studying to or dancing your heart out to at the club.

Sound of Stereo, coming to a Sundance Film Festival near you!
Just kidding… but they will definitely be a permanent fixture in your ears with “Origin (One on One)”.

Out Now: Marc Benjamin – Last Night

Right off the bat, the name Marc Benjamin may not ring any immediate bells, but we can almost guarantee that if you have attended the shows of heavy hitters such as Steve Aoki, Laidback Luke, and Tiesto, you’d recognize the hits produced by this Dutch superstar. Marc Benjamin has been making dance floors tremble since he was just a tween and now, with a decade or so under his belt, he’s showing the rest of the world what he can do. His latest release, “Last Night” which is out today on Dim Mak Records, isn’t too overpowering but has all the elements needed to get festival and club-goers bouncing. It’s the kind of track you’d want playing on a gorgeous Saturday evening, cruising around town with your favorite people, arms hanging out the window. It’s the kind of track that makes you feel rather infinite. “Last Night” will definitely be in the foreground of all your summer adventures, and you’ll find yourself clamoring for more of Marc Benjamin to caress your eardrums.

Bot is of the future. Half man, half-machine; fully Italian. Exiled in West London, locked in the studio since departing legendary duo Crookers, Bot (his creators named him Andrea Fratangelo) has disassembled any expectations and rebuilt his sound for 2018. Futuristic techno and unorthodox club rhythms are welded with hip hop influences, and a nod to the sounds and sprit of classic house. What we have here folks, is the new tomorrow.

Robert Raimon Roy’s New Music Video “Little Egypt Wavy”

Tim Gauthier

‘Little Egypt Wavy’ finds Robert Raimon Roy constructing a hybrid environment, where many ideas (e.g., Electra and Oedipal complexes, antiquity, Internet slang) around a single topic —’love’ as the triumph of hope over self-knowledge—coexist in conflict. This collagist theatre allows for a more nuanced view of courtship, one that is uncertain and complex. To quote Oscar Wilde on the subject, “We locate inside another a perfection that eludes us within ourselves, and through union with the beloved, hope somehow to maintain a precarious faith in the species.”

This new syncopation of tonal to visual euphoria was constructed by director Peter J Brant, based out of Los Angeles, CA. You can find many of his previous videos and projects by visiting his website below;

2011 is the year of both D-wayne and Jacob van Hage, whom both set the tone with this outstanding forthcoming release on Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak Records. Already heavily supported by the biggest artists in the scene, this record is sure to set the dancefloor on fire all over the world.

Here is a little text about the realization of the track “eponym”:

“I had an extraordinary feeling that I was able to catch in a track, which name hopefully in future will be
referred to as the word for ‘sensation’ ! Because I wanted an untamed touch to be added to it, I rocked the studio with
Jacob creating this monster! I’m sure it is capable of destroying the dance floors all over the world, as it already has
proven to do so everytime we play it!” – D-Wayne

“While working on this banger I knew this could get huge! We blow our minds when we dropped this
bomb on the crowd for the first time live in october 2010 during an MTV Event! My advice, don”t forget to bring your
EARPLUGS, because this MONSTER will eat your eardrums for breakfast without any ketchup #dot!” – Jacob Van Hage
