All great masterminds have a secret weapon up their sleeve, so why shouldn’t you? Beatport named “Wild Out (Ookay Remix)” to their Secret Weapons chart for electro house, so all you kids can wild out in secret. Grab it now from the chart for just $1.99, not even one million dollars (pinky to lip). It doesn’t come with sharks with lasers attached to their frikken heads though… Then again, if the chart is secret weapons and they send it to everybody, is it really a secret anymore? Anyways, check out the full list below.

Last November, bass music guru Borgore rocked dance floors around the world with the release of the hugely popular Wild Out EP, available now on Dim Mak Records and praised by ROLLING STONE. He continues the madness with the Wild Out (Remixes) EP, out January 28 on Dim Mak Records. The original track features the furious raps of Waka Flocka Flame and the sultry vocals of Paige over Borgore’s bass-heavy antics and hip-hop-influenced sounds. Now, producers/DJs Ookay, Riggi & Piros, Grandtheft x Torro Torro, MUST DIE!, and Evan Gartner give their original takes on this energy-filled remix package.
The Wild Out (Remixes) EP features endless club bangers from a diverse array of electronic dance music styles. Big room hitter Ookay rises up into electrifying terror with his remix spotlighting euphoric chords and fast-driven rhythms. Dynamic DJ duo Riggi & Piros bring an unbelievable anthem as their massive rendition adds a whole new flavor by utilizing darker chords, ultimately morphing “Wild Out” into yet another dance-heavy tune. Two of dance music’s hottest new artists Grandtheft and Torro Torro join forces to unleash a monstrous frenzy of heavy kick drums and trippy synths. MUST DIE! drops an intense party track that features his signature dubstep spin that leaves bass fans head banging for nights on end. Rising producer Evan Gartner, winner of the official “Wild Out” remix contest presented by Dim Mak, Mixmag, and Wavo, delivers proper, trap-certified drops guaranteed to make trapstyle fans contort their faces into brand new shapes.
Dim Mak Records has taken over the Beatport Hard Dance Chart with three of our newest releases in the Top 10. Dirtyphonics’ October release of “Hanging on Me” (Borgore & Ookay Remix) is reigning at #1 followed by Dim Mak’s first hardstyle producer Coone. Both of Coone’s latest singles “Our Fairytale (Theme Of Tomorrow 2013)” feat. Chris Madin and “Zombie Killer” feat. Kritikal are placed side by side at #6 and #7, respectively. Listen to these tracks below and you’ll know why Dim Mak’s hardest records are dominating the charts!
Now firmly cemented as one of the staple tracks in the Dirtyphonics discography, “Hanging On Me” made headlines earlier in 2013 for its huge dubstep sound. Now a number of versatile artists have lent their hands to remix this dancefloor devastator into wholly different creations.
When it comes to heavy bass, haunting lyrics belted out with soaring vocals, dirty beats, and overall badassery…who do you turn to? If you didn’t answer DIRTYPHONICS, then you are wrong and need to reevaluate your life/music situation. The only way to make a DIRTYPHONICS song even dirtier is to add the talents of the cake lovin’ Borgore and trap producer extraordinaire Ookay; the results of such a collaboration can be heard in the Hardstyle-inspired remix these two heavy hitters produced on the Dirtyphonics track “Hanging On Me”. Full of subtle drops and vibey bass, “Hanging on Me (Borgore & Ookay remix)” is sexy and fun, which is just what we’d expect from a fusion of all this talent in one place.
This year we started off the 2013 festival season in Austin, Texas during the SXSW festivities for the Dim Mak x Buygore showcase. A few members from our team headed out from LA to the lone star state to help including #Jenks, Bryan (B!) Linares, Alexvnder, and others. Even our good friend NeilFavila.com made it!
The event served as a platform to showcase Dim Mak’s newest and long-term artists from near and far. We rallied in the troops for a roster that included Scanners, AutoErotique, PeaceTreaty, Azari & III, Keys N Krates, Will Brennan, New Ivory. Borgore and the Buygore camp presented Kennedy Jones, Ookay, & an epic Borgore x Carnage dj set. You know this was a party!
