Any serious festival goer has been in that situation where 6 of your friends are lined up on 8 different laptops and 10 different smart phones and which ever friend gets through the massive internet ticket cluster f*ck has sworn by oath to buy ALL the tickets for your crew. So it makes sense that Hunger Games Tomorrowland edition was fought last Saturday(Feb. 16th) and sold out 360,000 tickets in less than an hour. This is the first year the festival is selling so many tickets because it is now 2 weekends.
Tomorrowland is the festival of all festivals, almost like the olympics of all the EDM festivals, so it makes sense for Dim Mak to have such a strong presence and a day long line up of artists. Everyone from Tai, Autoerotique, Carnage, Angger Dimas and Deorro have come out to make the Dim Mak party the best party at Tomorrowland and it’s sister festival TomorrowWorld. Last year at TomorrowWorld, Coone headlined the Hardstyle Stage and Steve Aoki headlined the Main Stage and Dim Mak stage two days in a row. To see what you missed, get motivated to go or feel sad about how you will never be able to afford it… Check out our Tomorrowland and our TomorrowWorld after movies.

On September 27th, the electronic music festival TomorrowWorld brought its transcendent chaos to Chattahoochee Hills in Atlanta, Georgia. Now fans can experience the sensory overload with the new “Up All Night TomorrowWorld” video, which condenses the hectic event into one seven-minute blast.
The video features performance footage from several Dim Mak Records acts (Steve Aoki, Borgore, Carnage, Deorro) blended with frenetic crowd shots (fireworks, glowsticks, concertgoers in strange costumes). There are also some intimate backstage moments, like Aoki playing Autoerotique in a $1,000 game of rock, paper, scissors.

One of the most renowned festivals in the world, Tomorrowland invites the worlds premiere DJs to perform under a dazzling array of sights and sounds. The Belgian festival got a taste of Dim Mak this past year, with the label’s very own Up All Night stage on the first day. Featuring the likes of Steve Aoki, Joachim Garraud, Dirtyphonics and Angger Dimas, the Up All Night stage left thousands of festivalgoers shocked, stirred, and satisfied. Aoki‘s closing set will go down as one of the highlight moments in Tomorrowland history, and it will be exciting to see what he has in store for the future.
The aftermovie encapsulates all three legendary days of the festival, assembled into over a half hour of brilliant footage and tracks from the DJs in attendance. Dim Mak has two songs in the aftermovie, one of which being “We Are Legend” by labelhead Steve Aoki and partners in crime Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. This new collaboration is a peaktime progressive anthem that is bound to make serious waves on the charts. The other Dim Mak track featured is “Feedback” by Steve Aoki & Autoerotique vs Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike which is screamingly intense electro at its finest.
While Tomorrowland has come to a close for 2013, Dim Mak Records is looking forward to the festival coming across the Atlantic to Atlanta, Georgia. The inaugural edition of Tomorrowworld will feature an Up All Night stage much like its predecessor at Tomorrowland. Dim Mak is ready to show America what it has in store for both returning Tomorrowland fans as well as participants experiencing Up All Night for the first time at the end of September.

When the combination of DIMITRI VEGAS, LIKE MIKE, and COONE hits the sound waves, there is guaranteed to be intensity and hiked up bass beats that are as dirty as they are funky; as seen in “Madness ft. Lil Jon”. Hyper like a kid who drank a gallon of Mountain Dew, “Madness ft. Lil Jon” will get your heart pounding, but don’t worry: any heart attack induced from listening will be totes worth it. The already dynamic record has received the full remix treatment from OH SNAP, YVES V, and RUN DMT. Hard hitting, bass fueled, zealous, and ambitious, each remix brings a certain flair to a track that already held its own in the world of dance anthems. Trap in some places, moombahton in others, and lucidly electro when least expected, “Madness ft. Lil Jon” and its remixes are basically a guarantee that your life clearly needs more madness, and it doesn’t fail to deliver. Besides, we’re all a little mad here, amiright?!

What do you get when you put DJ Carnage and Steve Aoki in a room together? In the words of Aoki, “You know what they say about the black and the yellow.”
Pittsburgh Steelers reference? All we know is two of the biggest players in the game right now are sitting in a room together giving us an insider’s perspective on Carnage‘s recent, already chart-topping collab with Tony Junior, “Michael Jordan.”
To quote Carnage, the record is “just super…old school, like hardstyle, like dutchy like just really f*cking…obnoxious.” With DJ support from Borgore, A-Trak, Tiesto, Steve Aoki, Avicii, Diplo, Krewella, Nicky Romera, and Porter Robinson, as well as an explosive debut at Tomorrowland 2013 with heavy hitters such as Martin Solveig, Laidback Luke, and Steve Aoki dropping it in their sets, “Michael Jordan” will undoubtedly be one of the hottest festival anthems of 2013.
