When you put Borgore, Waka Flocka Flame, and Steve Aoki together, you know you’re in for a good time. While the video for “Wild Out” features an epic party as well as some forays into a psychedelic world, the making of the video was a party itself. Go behind the green screen and see what the guys get up to when the cameras aren’t rolling. While it might be disappointing to realize that there aren’t ACTUALLY pizzas flying through space, the on set antics might be entertaining enough to let that fact slide.

On Felix Cartal‘s latest single, “Let It Go,” the Canadian producer combines pop and electronic elements in a way that’s far from coerced or cliché in the sea of pop-EDM collabs. The track is one of three from his forthcoming EP, Credits, due out on April 29th via Steve Aoki‘s imprint, Dim Mak Records. Another striking detail of “Let It Go” is the beautiful and soulful vocals of Lily Elise. “This song serves as the final piece to my Credits EP, an EP of three songs that all complement each other differently. I wanted to continue the idea of my last EP where each song is different, but still sound like they are from the same sessions. My favorite part of this track has to be the ‘Let It Go’ break. It’s simple and powerful at the same time. Lily Elise made that all possible. Her voice is unreal,” Felix says.
“Let It Go” is the perfect made-for-film soundtrack to its accompanying black and white video. “I love what Kasey Lum came up with for the video. We filmed all day just around our city and I think the blend of animation with black and white footage creates this interesting surrealist vibe — a perfect complement to the song itself.”

There’s only one artist coming out of the electronic scene right now who’s embodiment of music, art and culture provokes a movement in itself, that artist is Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo alias The Bloody Beetroots and his new endeavor only drives his pioneering dominance even further. His latest vision set to premiere on Feb 14th 2014, Valentines Day, is the explosive video for The Bloody Beetroots feat Tommy Lee “RAW”. The single is taken from his second artist album “Hide” which was released with critical acclaim on Ultra Records/Sony Columbia in late 2013.
Directed by award winning video director Agata Alexander who’s previous credits include the music video for Destructo ‘Higher’, HARD fest trailers and also collaborations with likes of Marilyn Manson and Clint Mansell, the video features Sir Bob himself and founding member of Motley Crue, Tommy Lee. In true rock and roll style Rifo and Lee are not only performing in the video but then go on to obliterate the warehouse space, set in downtown Los Angeles. Meanwhile the song itself captures the punk-rock spirit, which is what Rifo and Lee are both so well known for.

“Drowning” with Substance One is a featured track on Coone’s recently released full-length album “Global Dedication.” The track demonstrates the more melodious spectrum of “Global Dedication,” spotlighting harmonious vocals. A mixture of plush chord progressions and intricately sewn melodies shows off the diversity possible in modern hardstyle. Most impressive of all is how the serene vocals truly capture the emotional context in “Drowning.”

On September 27th, the electronic music festival TomorrowWorld brought its transcendent chaos to Chattahoochee Hills in Atlanta, Georgia. Now fans can experience the sensory overload with the new “Up All Night TomorrowWorld” video, which condenses the hectic event into one seven-minute blast.
The video features performance footage from several Dim Mak Records acts (Steve Aoki, Borgore, Carnage, Deorro) blended with frenetic crowd shots (fireworks, glowsticks, concertgoers in strange costumes). There are also some intimate backstage moments, like Aoki playing Autoerotique in a $1,000 game of rock, paper, scissors.

Last week, Kanye West unveiled his (unintentionally) hilarious new music video for ‘Bound 2,’ featuring him straddling Kim Kardashian on a motorcycle. Now, pals James Franco and Seth Rogen have parodied the video. Shot for shot. It is outrageous.
