Atari Teenage Riot – Riot In Japan 2011
Atari Teenage Riot toured worldwide throughout 2011 and in November recorded this live show in Tokyo to bring listeners just a taste of their incendiary live show, described by the NME as “…a cavalcade of forever-young yelps: a brilliantly nasty volley of universe-shaping techno-metal.” Rock-a-Rolla wrote: “Seizure-inducing levels of strobe lighting are joined by breakbeats, jungle, drum ’n’ bass and caustic guitar samples at every turn, providing enough variety and energy to prove that this is no mere nostalgia trip for them, this is a return to arms.”
Now if that doesn’t tempt you….
2012 is the 20th anniversary of Atari Teenage Riot so expect much to happen this year, including a remastered version of the classic ‘Burn, Berlin, Burn’ album, new singles and a studio album. The band will also be touring internationally, beginning in February in Europe and South America.
