Yolanda Be Cool may “No Speak Americano” but these Aussie djs don’t care what language you speak if you are down to “Sweat Naked” to their newest album “Ladies and Mentalmen”. The dou boomed out of the gates with the release of their newest single off their first Dim Mak album, “Sweat Naked” last month. With their eyes on a second world domination the new album boasts fun summer bangers like “All That She Wants” and “Cool Like” that are perfect for the festival season.
These two have been in the game for over a decade but are still busy touring the world and making questionally seductive and definitely out of the box music videos. The videos play along with the unique combination of funky beats, rhythmically driven drops and underground roots that makes me personally want to rollerskate in a bikini all around Hollywood. The pair is pretty stoked about being apart of the “new sound” for Dim Mak. The Remix Package is out tomorrow with features from The Japanese Popstars, Harris Robotis, Oliver Twizt, Sub Antix and Etienne de Crecy. If you want to get down and dirty with Yolanda Be Cool live hurry up and buy your ticket for Burning Man, Electric Zoo and TomorrowWorld or pre-order the Remix Package on iTunes right now!

Nobody does up all night DIRTY like the Dim Mak boys at Beatpatrol Festival 2013. In fact, if we were to rate the content of this video according to tit size, we’d say it’s pretty much THE DOUBLE DEEZ. Witness Tai, Deorro, Datsik, Autoerotique, Angger Dimas, South Central, Dirtyphonics, Proxy, Haezer, and the boss man himself Steve Aoki, as they bring the party to Europe, Dim Mak style, in Part I of our Beatpatrol 2013 series. We’re talking vodka flowing like wine, bottles poppin’, hot girls, fire explosions, crowd-surfing, pulsing lights, heavy beats…in the words of Autoerotique, “EDM man, this is all EDM right here.” Erotic Drunken Mayhem? We’ll let you be the judge! Stay tuned for Beatpatrol Part II as the Dim Mak crew takes their 48-hour European all nighter to the next level!

If there’s one DJ that’s really making a mark on both EDM music and culture right now, it’s Carnage. With DJ support from Tiësto, Avicii, A-Trak, Porter Robinson, and Paul Oakenfold, to name a few, his own “Carnage Presents: INCREDIBLE” radio show on Sirius XM’s Electric Area, and his explosive performance at EDC 2013, Carnage has become an EDM icon – a trance god. In this fourteen minute documentary-style video, Carnage grants us an all-access, VIP backstage pass to his life as he parties on a first-name basis with heavy hitters like Tiesto and Morgan Page, takes his “trill as f*ck” grandma with him to EDC, lays down the beats in front of thousands of people, and describes the exhausting yet surreal journey he’s been on as he continues to, in his own words “do this for the people.” DISCLAIMER: only watch this video if you don’t mind hearing “twerk, turn up, and trill” used in the same sentence. But we know you love it.
With the recent release of His collab “Michael Jordan” with Tony Junior, which has received DJ support from tastemakers such as Martin Solveig who dropped it in his set at Tomorrowland over the weekend, Carnage’s star is rising to the top at an unprecedented speed.

Felix Cartal’s new video for “Young Love,” the first single off his upcoming Past Present Felix EP and starring vocals from Koko LaRoo, is basically about a bunch of babes in bikinis bouncing on bicycles and bashing balloons at boys. Hope you like the letter B.
Opening shot: four ripped bros strolling down a Vancouver sidewalk. “I just finished lunch with the guys,” the main muscly guy who forgot to button his shirt says on his phone [italics are mine]. “I’m just chilling at the pool with the girls,” purrs a buxom babe at the end of the line as she slowly spreads oil all over her assets [italics again mine]. This delineation between the sexes is extremely important because it sets up the rest of the storyline, which is a—spoiler alert—PRANK WAR: GIRLS VERSUS GUYS!!!
As soon as the bros arrive at the pool (so jelly of that gigantic floating pretzel btw), guns and carnage ensue. Is this a sly political commentary on gun control laws in America? Nah… let’s just stick with balloons and boobs.
NEW IVORY has premiered their official music video for “Youth And Old Age” from their new ‘Nothing’ EP. The video pays homage to classic teen movies with a warped and modern twist. NEW IVORY performs at a house party full of beautiful girls, rugged boys, booze, moshing, and crazy party antics. What’s better than that? Nothing. ‘Nothing’ EP, that is. NEW IVORY brings back your youth with four tracks of grinding, writhing indie rock that’s reminiscent of the early 90s, but with far more heart and better style. So go get ‘Nothing,’ out now on Dim Mak Records. Follow NEW IVORY as they continue to make music that will ensure their place on the throne of musical geniuses for years to come.
Do you like water balloons, bikes, babes and oversized pretzels? Then you’re in luck! Felix Cartal‘s new super summery music video for “Young Love feat. Koko LaRoo” comes out in just 2 more days! Check the video above for a quick snippet of what to look forward to.
You won’t want to miss this exclusive interview with rapidly evolving DJ god Autoerotique as he gives Aoki the 4-1-1 on his hot new single “Apshyxiation.” Not only has the track blown up the Beatport charts in recent days, but it’s also launched viral web buzz with the incredibly erotic (no pun intended) music video featuring a bunch of scantily clad sex vixens playing an intense game of dodgeball. In other news, Autoerotique dishes on the recent remix EP for his Beatport-charting collaboration single with Felix Cartal, “The Alarm.” Be sure to head over to Autoerotique’s artist profile on the Dim Mak website to check out all of his latest releases and follow him on Twitter (@autoerotique) as he keeps making moves.
Los Angeles-based producer/DJ CARNAGE is teaming up with Dutch producer TONY JUNIOR to release their next major single “Michael Jordan” on Dim Mak Records July 23. “Michael Jordan”—an homage to the iconic basketball player and his legendary jersey number #23—shows…
YOLANDA BE COOL, the revered Australian production/DJ duo, return with the release of the “Sweat Naked,” a bonus track exclusive to Dim Mak Records off their recently released full-length album Ladies and Mentalmen. The single release will be followed up by the release of the “Sweat Naked” Remix EP on August 13. The EP features remixes from the likes of Étienne de Crécy, The Japanese Popstars, Harris Robotis, Oliver Twizt, and Sub Antix.

Steve Aoki star students Botnek are back with a new video for “Through The Night,” their first single since last year’s spicily-titled Sriracha & Beer EP. Think of the two dudes, Erick Muise and Gordon Huntley, as Montreal’s version of Crookers (you know, while there were still two of them)—two party maestros who love emotional piano breakdowns, double fisting beers, and helping you have a TOTALLY EPIC time.
Fittingly, the video chronicles one long night out with the boys as they tumble from their studio to the center stage of a club filled with unicorn heads and hot chicks, before ending up at a groupie-packed after-party with even more hot chicks. Two themes persist throughout their perilous odyssey: getting wasted and awkward dancing. (via THUMP)
