This summer, WAVEY has been LA’s go-to destination for Sunday funday festivities, and yesterday, August 2nd was no different with sets from Russ Yallop, DWYR, January Black, and Wiseman b2b August Whites, and WAVEY veterans Brillstein and Cocodisco.

By the time January Black emerged behind the turntables at 3:45, the party was in full swing. Attendees sipped mojitos and splashed in the pool while the dancefloor began getting crowded. As if the party weren’t amazing enough, a massage therapist was set up on the back patio for guests to enjoy.[/md_text][md_single_image size=”full” full_responsive=”img-full-responsive” image=”28855″ css_animation_delay=”0″ href=”https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.999961920036965.1073741944.210897445610087&type=3″][md_text fontsize=”18″ lineheight=”22″ css_animation_delay=”0″][/md_text][md_text fontsize=”18″ lineheight=”22″ css_animation_delay=”0″]

Attendees were also able to enjoy new drink specials thanks to Miller High Life. Poolside thirsts were quenched with $6 beers and $30 buckets of beer as guests continued to #GETWAVEY.

Brillstein took the stage next to deliver an upbeat yet diverse set, and was followed by British house music dj/producer Russ Yallop from Crosstown Rebels who kept the crowd’s energy on high. A real treat was watching Russ continuing back-to-back with Cocodisco to close out WAVEY with a bang.
